Step1: Flash Custom ROM
[Note: Make Sure You Take Whole Backup Of Your Current Stock ROM and Apps. If You Don't Know How To Take Backup Then Search It On Google Or Youtube.]

Put Both Files Into Any Of Your Internal Folder
Now....
Go To The Recovery( For Philz Touch Recovery)
1)Click On 'Clean To Install A New ROM'> Yes
2) Install A Zip > Chose CM12.1 .zip file( It Will Take Some Time... Be Relax)
3) Now Again Go To Zip Install Option And Install Gapps Package.zip
And then 'Clear Cheche' And 'Dalvik Cheche'( Always Do After Installing Any Zip File) Now Click To Reboot Option And Wait ..... Its Take Some Time So Relax......
After Successfully Flashed....
Now You Need To Fix Speaker Problem.
For That Again go To Recovery Mode.

Install zip>choose zip file>clr cheche >clr dalvik check>reboot.
